Causeway One Roll Out
The Alloy migration to CausewayOne was due to take place last night for selected customers, but due to widespread web service outages across multiple providers, we made the decision to pause and roll back the change to keep Alloy running smoothly for our customers. Most users affected were notified, though a few may not have seen the message and we’re really sorry for any confusion this caused.
The good news is that everything has now stabilised and following additional checks we’re ready to proceed. The migration will now take place this evening (Tuesday 21st October) between 8pm and 10pm (BST) for selected customers. Once complete, you’ll simply log in via https://one.causeway.com and you’ll see the refreshed CausewayOne design and experience as planned.
If anything further changes, we’ll let you know right away.
