We're excited to announce that Horizons is being incorporated into our CausewayOne platform! Together with other applications such as Asset Management (formerly Alloy), Horizons will form part of a connected ecosystem that enables data to flow across the construction industry.

From planning and design, to workforce and supply chain management, to strategic and operational asset maintenance. CausewayOne provides tailored solutions that exist in one place and share common data. Eliminate project fragmentation and duplication, automate like never before and gain access to a wealth of valuable data insights.

Don't be alarmed, nothing fundamental is changing about how Horizons works! Everything will continue working the same as it does today. The only significant differences will be:

• how you access Horizons
• how you switch between modules
• how you navigate the Analysis Tools

New name

Horizons is being renamed CausewayOne Asset Strategy to reflect its role on the platform. This will be visible across the service and in future communications.

New look

Horizons is getting a clean, modern visual redesign that aligns with our shared CausewayOne design language.

A consistent look and feel across our applications means less friction and a more intuitive experience. As you move between different parts of CausewayOne, the familiar design patterns reduce the learning curve, helping you to acclimatise quickly and focus on getting things done.

While the changes are primarily cosmetic, they also include some thoughtful layout refinements to improve usability.

Left panel

The new left panel lets you easily switch between the three Horizons modules and jump directly to individual Analysis Tools.

Use the Panel Toggle button to hide the left panel when you need extra space.

Analysis Tools

The Analysis Tools are now fully integrated into your workspace. They no longer open in a separate tab and are directly accessible via the left panel.

Their button layout is also more consistent:

• All actions appear in the top-right corner.
• The Create button is hidden when an item is open.
• A Save button always appears at the bottom.

New home

Horizons is moving to the CausewayOne platform. This will change how you access the application and manage users.

Sign in

To access Horizons on CausewayOne:

1. Visit one.causeway.com.
2. Enter your email address and select Sign in.
3. On first use, follow the on-screen instructions to verify your email address and set a new password. It can be the same as your current one, if it meets the new security requirements. From then on, enter your new password when prompted.
4. Select Asset Strategy in the purple sidebar.

Use the purple header to access notifications, switch company projects and configure your profile (including your password).

User Management

If you're a company administrator, select Admin or Console in the purple sidebar to manage the current company.

The Users page lets you create and manage user accounts. To control the applications and features they can access, assign one or more roles to each user.

To grant access to Horizons, assign the Asset Strategy Standard User role, plus any additional Asset Strategy roles for the modules they require. This works similarly to the Users tool in the Management module.

For more granular permissions, administrators can continue to use the User Groups tool in the Management module.

Timeline

The update will take place on 19th May 2026.

You'll receive an email invitation to join your company on CausewayOne. Follow the link inside to set up your account. From then on, visit one.causeway.com to access the Asset Strategy application (the old URL will redirect you).

The Horizons Help will be updated with new and improved content to guide you through the new experience. There's also the CausewayOne Documentation, which includes a Getting Started section to help you navigate the platform and manage your company.
